My journey is shaped by the love and sacrifices of my parents, the strength of family and community, and the belief that dreams carry power. Through personal experiences of loss and healing, I embraced healing as both a calling and a gift, bridging cultures, purpose, and legacy.

In July 2022, the unexpected loss of my brother, followed by the beginning of my doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership, positioned my healing journey at the heart of my work. This season deepened my commitment to helping equip whole leaders for a whole world and affirmed my calling to support others through care, reflection, and possibility.

My professional journey spans over 20 years in child welfare and human services, where I served in roles ranging from investigator to program analyst, supervisor, administrator, and leadership development facilitator.

Early in my career, I learned that meaningful change begins with relationships. My work was rooted in helping families navigate systems, access resources, and advocate for themselves. Always hoping to support families in ways that prevented future system involvement.

Over time, my leadership expanded to include mentoring, workforce development, training design, and systems alignment. Becoming a kinship care provider further shaped my understanding of belonging, responsibility, and care. Each role strengthened my coaching approach and deepened my desire to help others heal deeply, dream boldly, and activate the support needed to bring those dreams to life.

I am grounded in faith and deeply aware of the grace and mercy I receive daily. I believe in the growth mindset and the power of yet. Healing is not linear, it is a journey that invites reflection, courage, and care.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to generational liberation. I believe individuals and communities can live freely, purposefully, and in right relationship when healing, belonging, and possibility are centered.
